Your Action is Required

Thank you for your purchase! To finalize your license purchase you must accept the Transactional Oracle Master Agreement (“TOMA”). Please follow the instructions below:

  • 1. Receive TOMA: an email titled “IMPORTANT – Your Oracle Order is not completed – Action required” will be sent from storeadmin_ww@oracle.com within 1 business day. Please add this email address to your address book to ensure delivery.
  • 2. Click on the “accept” link
  • a. Have an Oracle account
  • i. Login and verify your contact information
  • b. Do not have an Oracle account
  • i. Click “New Customer” to create a free account
  • ii. Oracle will send an email with the subject “Oracle Store Account creation confirmation” to verify your email address.
  • 3. Accept TOMA: return to the original email titled “IMPORTANT – Your Oracle Order is not completed – Action required”. By following the instructions, Oracle will provide Encore Group with a registration key that demonstrates your organization has accepted the TOMA. Oracle will also email you a receipt of your acceptance and pdf copy of the TOMA itself for your records.

Thank you for honoring the required licensing process from Oracle. This can take 1-3 business days. Once the licensing process is complete, Encore will provide your Oracle Customer Support Identifier (CSI) along with download and installation instructions.
